Although the Las Vegas real estate market is performing at record breaking levels, I have found my clients desperately seeking guidance before making any real estate decisions. While this market is nothing like 2008, I am thankful for my experience from those short sale and foreclosure days as it has prepared me to better serve in today’s market.
