I was reading in the Las Vegas Sun today that Jim Murren’s $10.5 million Las Vegas home is on market. Located at 7 Painted Feather Way, Las Vegas, NV 89135 this unique estate sits on 1.5 acres with 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Jim Murren is the former chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International.
It was designed by architects Marmol Radziner and built by the Jack Rafferty. This is a very modern architectural home built with concrete and steel with floor to ceiling windows.
The house is 13,000 square feet and is located at The Ridges in Summerlin. The house includes multiple luxury amenities, such as an elevator, a private terrace, a Zen garden, a half basketball court, and a wine cellar. Marmol Radziner believes it is possible for architecture to bring people closer to nature. Whether designing to the highest standards of sustainable design or creating outdoor rooms that extend daily living into the landscape, they negotiate our relationship with nature through every design choice they make.
